Lord Mayor’s Business Excellence Workshops

Brisbane City Council, with Growth Education Institute (groei), are delivering free workshops face to face.  
The Lord Mayors Business Excellence workshop series is designed to deliver a program of workshops to enable small business owners to grow their business with easy-to-use tools. Attend all four workshops to set your goals for personal effectiveness, build your robust plan and then enable you to deliver the growth through sales effectiveness and people management skills. Whilst each workshop will deliver practical takeaways to make doing business easier, attending all four will super charge your small business skills, relieve stress and help you stay focussed.
